1. Who sells and refunds
Coin bundles in Orbit Hills and MEOWTEOR are sold through our reseller Lemon Squeezy, LLC, the Merchant of Record for every order. Refunds are paid back by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, following this policy and Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms. Croak & Dagger has no purchases.
2. Immediate delivery and the 14-day right of withdrawal
Coins are digital content delivered to your account right after payment. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK (or anywhere with a similar law), you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase, but that right ends once digital content has been delivered with your consent. Before checkout, our store asks you to tick:
"I want the coins delivered right away and understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once they are delivered."
Lemon Squeezy's checkout confirms the same consent and acknowledgement. If you do not tick the box, you cannot buy.
3. When we refund
Purchases are final, but we will refund in these cases:
- Not delivered: the Coins never reached your account and we cannot fix it within 24 hours of you contacting us: full refund.
- Duplicate or wrong charge: you were charged twice or the wrong amount because of a technical error: refund of the extra charge.
- Purchase without permission: a child or someone else bought Coins without the account holder's or a parent's permission. Contact us within 14 days. We review each case and normally refund the unspent part of the purchase.
- Required by law: whenever consumer law where you live gives you a right to a refund (for example faulty digital content).
- Provider decision: Lemon Squeezy may also grant refunds under its own policies.
Otherwise we do not refund unused Coins, Coins spent in the game, or Coins lost through a breach of our Terms of Service.
4. How to ask
Email lostauragames@gmail.com with your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt), the email on your Lost Aura Games account and what went wrong. You can also manage the order through the link in your receipt or at Lemon Squeezy My Orders. We usually reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds normally show up on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. What happens to the Coins
When a purchase is refunded (fully or partly) or charged back, the matching Coins are removed from your balance. If you already spent them, your balance can show a deficit that is paid off by Coins you earn or buy later. Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank: chargebacks can lead to the account being suspended while we review it.
